Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
To prevent delays or lost parcels, please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

Orders with Incorrect Address

Once an order has been shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the delivery address.
Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Austhelabel cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Unclaimed Orders

If a parcel is not collected within the timeframe set by the courier (generally 5 to 7 days), it will be returned to us.
In this case, the order can be resent at the customer’s expense.
No refunds will be issued for parcels that are refused or not collected without prior notice.


Refusal of Package

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason or prior communication, no refund will be issued.
